Andrew Pach
President & Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Pach is the CEO and founder of Fox Smart, Inc. Seeing an increased demand for automating
network configuration updates in the telecommunications industry and a lack of
programmatic interfaces being provided from device vendors, Andrew started Fox Smart with
the intent to fill this void.
Andrew has over 17 years experience in the IT software development industry with 14 of those years
in the telecommunications sector. Andrew has held various senior management positions at companies
such as Global One (currently Equant), MCI, Wang (currently Getronics), and Hughes Network Systems.
At Global One, Andrew led a team of up to 30 people develop and deploy the Global Vision
network management suite for the Global Operations Systems department. The application
suite consisted of various Java based applications including a Global Customer Workstation,
a Global Order Entry system, and a Configuration Automation application.
Prior to Global One, Andrew held various technical and management positions at
Hughes Network Systems. In addition to being the lead of the $20 million dollar
Hewlett Packard OEM project, Andrew was a Program Manager of the Intelligent
Network Solutions European region in charge of $10 million dollars worth of annual revenues.
Andrew graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from
the University of Maryland, received a Master of Science in Technical Management from
the Johns Hopkins University, and took various courses at the University of London,
